1to10 is a platform where you can see yourself through the eyes of the world. We strive to create a respectful, safe, and authentic community where everyone feels comfortable sharing their photos and receiving honest feedback.

These Community Guidelines define what is and isn't allowed on our platform.

Photos

✅ High-quality, clear photos that show your face well
✅ Appropriate selfies (casual, professional, artistic)
✅ Well-lit portraits that represent you authentically
✅ Group photos (with consent from everyone pictured)
✅ Creative angles that highlight your features
✅ Natural or tasteful editing (filters are okay)

Ratings & Comments

✅ Honest ratings (1-10 scale based on your genuine opinion)
✅ Constructive feedback in comments
✅ Specific compliments (e.g., "Great smile!" or "Love the vibe!")
✅ Respectful criticism (if requested)
✅ Thoughtful comments that add value

Interactions

✅ Respectful conversations in chat
✅ Polite disagreements (people have different opinions)
✅ Report inappropriate content (help us keep the community safe)
✅ Encourage others positively

Don'ts ❌

Prohibited Content - Zero Tolerance

The following content will result in immediate removal and may lead to account suspension or permanent ban:

Sexual Content & Nudity

❌ Full or partial nudity (bare chest, buttocks, genitals)
❌ Sexually suggestive poses (provocative, intimate)
❌ NSFW content (not safe for work)
❌ Lingerie or swimsuit photos with sexual intent
❌ Sexual acts or references in photos or comments
❌ Pornographic content of any kind

Consequence: Immediate photo deletion + warning (first offense), permanent ban (repeated offenses)

Minors

❌ Photos of anyone under 18 years old (including yourself if you're under 18)
❌ Content targeting minors (solicitation, grooming)
❌ Impersonating a minor

Consequence: Immediate account termination + report to authorities (if applicable)

Hate Speech & Discrimination

❌ Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
❌ Racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic content
❌ Symbols or gestures associated with hate groups
❌ Derogatory slurs or insults

Consequence: Immediate account suspension or ban

Violence & Harmful Content

❌ Graphic violence (blood, injuries, weapons)
❌ Self-harm content (cutting, suicide references)
❌ Animal cruelty
❌ Threats of violence against others
❌ Glorification of violence

Consequence: Immediate account termination + report to authorities

Illegal Activities

❌ Drug use or sale (illegal substances)
❌ Weapons (guns, knives, explosives)
❌ Illegal services (prostitution, human trafficking)
❌ Fraud or scams
❌ Counterfeit goods

Consequence: Immediate account termination + report to law enforcement

Spam & Commercial Content

❌ Spam messages (bulk messaging, unsolicited promotions)
❌ Advertising third-party products or services
❌ Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes
❌ Fake ratings (paid reviews, rating manipulation)
❌ Bot accounts (automated rating, mass liking)

Consequence: Account suspension (first offense), permanent ban (repeated)

Privacy Violations

❌ Doxxing (sharing someone's personal information without consent)
❌ Private photos of others without permission
❌ Screenshots of private conversations
❌ Revenge content (ex-partner photos without consent)

Consequence: Immediate content removal + account suspension

Harassment & Bullying

❌ Bullying or harassment (targeting specific individuals)
❌ Abusive comments (body shaming, insults, mockery)
❌ Stalking behavior (unwanted repeated contact)
❌ Impersonation (pretending to be someone else)

Consequence: Warning (first offense), suspension or ban (repeated)

Copyright & Intellectual Property

❌ Copyrighted photos you don't own (celebrity photos, professional photography)
❌ Trademarked content without permission
❌ Plagiarized comments (copy-pasting others' feedback)

Consequence: Content removal + DMCA strike, account suspension after 3 strikes

Reporting System

How to Report

In-App:

  1. Tap the "Report" button on any photo or comment
  2. Select category (NSFW, Hate Speech, Spam, etc.)
  3. Optionally add details
  4. Submit

Report Categories

What Happens After You Report

  1. Review: We review reports within 24-48 hours
  2. Action: If violation confirmed:
    • Content removed
    • User warned or suspended
  3. Notification: Reporters are notified of action taken (anonymously)
  4. Serious Violations: Immediate account termination + possible law enforcement notification

Anonymous Reporting

Reports are anonymous. The reported user will NOT know who reported them.

False Reports

Abuse of reporting system (malicious or repeated false reports) may result in suspension of your reporting privileges or account suspension.

We use AI-powered tools to detect prohibited content:

Manual Review

Our moderation team manually reviews:

Response Time: 24-48 hours for most cases, faster for urgent/illegal content

Three-Strike Policy

Strike 1: Warning + content removal
Strike 2: 7-day suspension + content removal
Strike 3: Permanent ban

Exceptions: Serious violations (illegal content, minors, violence) result in immediate permanent ban.

Appeal Process

If Your Content Was Removed

You can appeal if you believe the removal was a mistake:

  1. Email: info@1to10me.com
  2. Subject: "Appeal - Content Removal"
  3. Include:
    • Your user ID or email
    • Description of removed content
    • Why you believe it was removed incorrectly
    • Any supporting context

Review Time: 7 business days

Decision: Final and binding

Note: Repeated frivolous appeals may result in account suspension

If Your Account Was Suspended

Same process as above, but include:

Permanent Bans: Generally not reversible, except in cases of mistaken identity or technical errors

Avoid:
❌ Body shaming ("You're fat/ugly")
❌ Sexual comments ("You're hot/sexy")
❌ Demands ("Show more skin")
❌ Unrelated spam ("Check out my Instagram!")

Photo Upload Guidelines

Best Practices

Good Photos:
✅ Clear, well-lit face shots
✅ Natural expressions (smile, serious, thoughtful)
✅ Appropriate clothing (casual, professional)
✅ Backgrounds that aren't distracting
✅ High resolution (not blurry or pixelated)

Avoid:
❌ Heavily filtered photos (that misrepresent you)
❌ Group photos where you can't be identified
❌ Photos with minors (even in background)
❌ Photos in inappropriate settings (bathroom, bedroom)
❌ Photos with provocative poses

Prohibited in Chat

❌ Harassment or persistent unwanted contact
❌ Spam or advertising
❌ Sharing external contact info (Instagram, Snapchat, phone numbers) in initial messages
❌ Requests for money or financial info

Note: Chats are monitored for safety. Violations may result in suspension.

If you see someone who appears under 18:

  1. Report immediately (select "Minors" category)
  2. We will investigate and remove the account if confirmed

Zero Tolerance: Accounts of minors are permanently deleted without appeal.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines from time to time to reflect community feedback and platform evolution.
